Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. For large parcels, processing time may extend upto 4 days. Orders are not processed during holidays or weekends.

  • Express shipping incurs additional charges.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Out of stock item process

In case of out-of-stock, Online Auto Parts Send available items first and send remaining items when items arrive back in stock

Wrong address disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Undeliverable orders

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

Online Auto Parts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 10-14 days for the investigation.

Damages

Online-Auto Parts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping (we use third party courier services). If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
