GENERAL RETURN POLICY

All unused products returns must be postmarked within 8 days from the fulfillment date.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 8 days

  • The goods are in the original packaging with MRP Sticker & unused.

  • Delivered Product/item is different from what was shown on the product page

  • Damage return request within 24 hrs from the date of delivery. Include clear images of the damaged part, its original packaging, and the outer shipping box from various angles. Ensure that the shipping label is clearly visible in the photos.

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Electronic items, harness & wires etc.

  • Products labeled as 'Non-Returnable' in the product description are excluded from the return policy.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Return or Replacement Procedure:

  • To initiate a return, customers can upload photos and videos (highly recommended) of the damaged or defective product on the Product Return Page or email them to [email protected].

  • When returning the package (record a video), customers must carefully repack the parts to prevent damage in transit. Online Auto Parts will not be responsible for refunds/returns if the part is damaged during transit due to improper packaging.

Point to remember

  • Customers should inspect the consignment for any physical damage. If damage is found, it should be documented in the Proof of Delivery (POD) documents provided by the logistics company.

  • Products returned showing signs of improper use, mishandling, or physical damage (including damaged or missing packaging, manuals, parts, and accessories) will not be replaced or refunded. Such items will be returned to the buyer without providing a reason.

  • Shipping and Payment Gateway costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund.

Conditions of Refund

  • After the returned product is received, inspected, and approved by our Quality Control (QC) team, the refund process will be initiated, taking up to 2 days.

  • It typically takes 5 to 7 working days for the refund to be reflected in your account. If the refund is not received within this timeframe, please contact your bank.
